We offer a 30 day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. This includes flash sale items and does not include final sale items.
Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging.
If you have received your items as a gift and are unsure of your order number, please use the link above and select returning or exchanging a gift.
If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email bookingbb@yahoo.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. Our customer service team responds to all emails within 2-3 business days.
If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable.
As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
